Services

El Toro Fence & Deck provides professional fence installation, repair, and related services in the Rio Grande Valley area. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials selected, and scope changes.
• A written contract will be provided before any work begins, detailing the scope, materials, timeline, and total cost.
• Payment terms will be specified in the contract, typically requiring a deposit before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements.
• Ensure we have access to the work area during scheduled installation times.
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins (we can assist with this process).
• Mark or identify any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure.
• Make timely payments as specified in the contract.

Warranty

El Toro Fence & Deck stands behind our workmanship. We provide a warranty on our installation services as specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Normal wear, weather damage, and damage caused by third parties are not covered under our warranty.

Limitation of Liability

El Toro Fence & Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of El Toro Fence & Deck and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law
