Born and raised in Brownsville, TX Javier Emilio Flores grew up understanding the importance of family, hard work, and community.
With deep roots in the Rio Grande Valley and years of hands on experience, Javier saw an opportunity to revolutionize the local fence industry. He founded El Toro Fence with a clear mission: deliver professional fence services with the personal touch of a family business.
